Things have been running smoothly for the past 30 minutes, so I'm confident that this bump in the road is now behind us.

A closer look seems to suggest that this intermittent connection issue is only affecting customers on the West Coast or the US. It's also been fairly stable for the past 20 minutes or so.

I'm continuing to watch things closely, but they seem to be improving, I'll be back with another update in a short while.

It looks like we may be yo-yoing a little this morning, with both the Application and API being unreachable for a few moments at a time. Status Pages are not affected though.

We are looking into things, but expect it to pass before long. I'll be back with another update in a short while once we know more.
