We've had the thumbs up from Pingdom that everything is working on their end again. So it's safe to say things are back to normal.
Things are starting to look much better again, we haven't had a thumbs-up from Pingdom yet to confirm they've completely resolved the issue, so we'll continue to watch it.
Pingdom are still working on their issues. We're making some changes here to prevent the delays in having a knock-on effect on any other parts of our product.
As always, I'll keep you posted on progress.
Seems that Pingdom is still having a rough time of things, and automations are once again becoming delayed. It seems that they're having issues with one of their service providers.

Things look to be returning to normal now, so Pingdom based automation should trigger when you expect them to. I'm going to continue watching things for a while, just to be sure.
Sorry folks, it looks like some temporary issue that Pingdom are experiencing may be causing a delay in our integration, so when Pingdom detects your checks are failing there will be a delay in that triggering any automation you have created.
