We have monitored the service and can confirm this has now been resolved.
The root cause of this was due to a sub-domain being missed from an improved safe list as part of our security and performance improvements. We are reviewing how sub-domains are configured for the application and adding extra QA tests in place.

We have now identified the root cause of the issue and deployed a fix. Users will now be able to subscribe via Slack successfully.
