On Saturday, February 18, 2023, starting at 02:00 UTC, Postmark, one of our email providers, will perform necessary database maintenance for 2 hours.
What impact does this have on Sorry™ customers?
If you have configured email notifications to send via Postmark, either through out-of-the-box configuration or have configured Postmark separately. In that case, emails might get queued for a short period during the maintenance window and will get processed as Postmark has completed its maintenance.
Throughout the maintenance, Postmark will be updating its status page with updates, and the Sorry™ team will update this notice if there are any significant issues or if the planned maintenance extends.
