Delays with Inbound Mail

Between 04:33 UTC and 09:40 UTC, some customers might have experienced a delay with the inbound mail automation. Although emails were processed, there may have been a delay in their processing.

The cause of the issue was an increase in background worker queues due to another incident related to Pingdom. The same priority was assigned to process the worker queues in the background. We have implemented a solution that eliminates this dependency on each type of worker queue.
