Fix Notices in Wrong Timeline After Settings Change
When changing the history and timeline settings on your status page, notices are now correctly moved between past_recent and past_distant depending on the date and time they ended, and what you have chosen as the new threshold for your history and timeline.
This fix ensures that notices will not appear in the wrong location on the timeline after your changes.
