Fixed performance issue when listing notices in the Management UI
We had reports that some customers, specifically those with large numbers of components and notices were seeing some fairly terrible performance when listing notices in the Management UI.
After some diagnosis, we tracked a good chunk of this problem to a single inefficient database query.
We have now reworked this logic into a much more efficient query and added specific performance tests to ensure it continues to work well at scale.
We will continue to assess the data now this is in production to determine if we need to do any further optimization.
