Help Scout pushed through the provisioning of the SSL certificate, and the help centre is now available via https://help.sorryapp.com. Thanks for your patience while we migrated from Intercom to Help Scout.
We are currently migrating our help centre from Intercom to Help Scout. Whilst browsing the help centre directly (https://help.sorryapp.com), an SSL certificate error is shown. We are currently working with the folks at Help Scout to speed up the SSL provisioning to bring the help centre back online.
Please note that you can still contact us and view articles via the widget on our website and in-app.
