The API requests to Pingdom appear to have returned to normal as of 11:05 UTC. We're still in conversations with Pingdom about what may have caused this issue, but for now automations appear to be running normally again.
We are continuing to work with Pingdom on the API delays and have provided further logs to help diagnose them. Queues for Pingdom automation remain high and are triggering at a slow rate. The ability to add new Pingdom automation remains impacted as well.
We are currently looking into an issue with the Pingdom API, which is causing delays in triggering Pingdom automation and adding new automation.
As their API is experiencing continued latency, we have opened a support ticket with Pingdom and will provide further updates on this incident as soon as we have more information.
