Groundwork for Notice Templates on the REST API

We're adding a new endpoint to our REST API that'll allow your team to manage Notice Templates.

This will be a valuable tool for those migrating to Sorry from another Status Page platform or a homegrown solution, as well as for those who want to provide customer-specific templates when onboarding new businesses.

I'm sure you'll find a never-ending list of inventive ways to use it.

Today, we released the first draft of the API, and we'll be updating our API Documentation in the coming days.
