Investigating issues with Postmark API
Monitoring shows the Pingdom API is now available again, and email notifications are being delivered promptly. All email notifications queued in the background have also been delivered successfully.
We are currently seeing issues with the Postmark API, causing problems with sending email notifications. Customers who use the email provided by Sorry™ or have integrated directly with Postmark will see notifications delayed.
Once we have more information, we shall update this incident.
