Update Templates are Here

Save time and maintain consistency when posting incident and maintenance updates with our new update templates feature.

Create reusable templates for common update scenarios, such as "Identified" and "Recovering", and populate them with a single click when adding progress updates to your notices.

You can manage update templates alongside your existing notice templates through the UI. Whilst closely related, we organise notice templates and update templates separately to make finding the right template easier.

You'll also be able to manage these new update templates via the REST API, with documentation coming soon.

We hope this new feature helps reduce stress when writing updates under pressure.

P.S. We also made some visual improvements and fixes to the dropdown when selecting templates during notice publishing.
