Following on from last weeks behind-the-scenes improvements to tracking inactive subscriber email addresses we have today applied a similar mechanism to watch for inactive phone numbers when sending SMS notifications.
This new data collection is all internal groundwork with no customer-facing changes yet, but there will be more tangible changes for you in the coming weeks.
