We had reports from a particular customer experiencing slow load times in the Management UI when writing new notices.
After some deeper diagnosis this morning, we found a particularly slow-running database query that was used to count the number of subscribers impacted by a notice.
This query was not required, so it has been removed, which will hopefully improve the performance of the notice forms.
