Improved behind-the-scenes SMS delivery tracking
We have released some new internal tools to track the deliverability of SMS messages after they leave our system and pass through the carrier to their final destination.
We have plans to bubble this data up for customers to help them diagnose delivery issues, and clean their database of now inactive subscribers, but for now, this is just internal for our team.
