This is now fixed. I'm going to make some changes to our test process, so we can ensure this doesn't happen again in future/
Phew... we have rolled things back a step. The Write new notice button is now working again. Please give the browser a refresh if needed.
Oh-oh, looks like we have broken the new notice button. To work around this, please head to the Page settings cog menu, and choose Components. Here you will see a new option to create the notice, in line with the component you need to degrade.
So sorry for the bother, I will be working to roll back and fix the main notice button shortly.
