Major Database Upgrades

Everything is looking as expected, so this maintenance is now complete.

We are now back online after the upgrade, and just performing some routine verifications to ensure all is working as expected.

We've now had confirmation from our service provider that the upgrade preparations are complete.

In the next few moments we'll be going offline for the upgrade, which should take around 10 to 20 minutes.

The preparations by our infrastructure provider for the upgrade are taking a little longer than planned, everything will remain online until we get confirmation the upgrade is ready to run.

You'll receive another update before we go offline for the final upgrade.

So it seems I started this maintenance a little earlier than planned due to some timezone confusion, sorry about that.

We're soon to take the servers offline to perform the main database upgrade, the Application, APIs and Status Pages may intermittently display a "Down for Maintenance" message for the next 10 to 20 minutes.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway!. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

We will perform major upgrades to our database cluster on Saturday, September 27th, starting at 09:00 UTC.

Unlike our usual routine maintenance, there will be 10 to 20 minutes of unavoidable downtime during this upgrade. Because of the required downtime, we have specifically scheduled this maintenance for a Saturday to minimise the impact during the working week.

While we carry out the works, the Application, APIs and Status Pages will all display a "Down for Maintenance" message.
