Between 08:19 UTC and 11:47 UTC, customers with single-single-on configured (via SAML) to authenticate team members to the management UI would have received an HTTP 5XX error.
We identified a release that went out this morning to improve caching. Subsequently, another Gem package was updated, breaking the authentication flow. We rolled back this release, and authentication is now working as intended.
Thank you to those customers who raised this issue with us. This one slipped through, and while we strive to conduct thorough QA on all our releases, including updates to our core codes, we continue improving our QA process and will ensure improvements are made to future releases to catch these issues.
