We're excited to announce a powerful new way to organize your templates if you're running a collection with multiple pages.
You can now group your templates by the pages they belong to. No more scrolling through one long list trying to find the right template for the right page.
When you create a new template, simply choose which page it's for—or make it available across all pages by selecting "All pages." Your templates will then be neatly organized in the template library, making it effortless to find exactly what you need.
This grouping doesn't just help in your template library—it makes publishing faster too. When you're creating or updating a notice, the template dropdown intelligently filters based on which pages are affected. Select "API Service" as the affected component? You'll only see templates specific to your API, plus any shared templates that work across all your pages. Whether you're responding to an incident or announcing planned maintenance, you'll have the right template at your fingertips.
This feature is designed for teams managing page collections with multiple pages. It shines brightest when you have different templates for different pages and want to keep everything organized.
Template grouping is rolling out to all page collections today. Just head to your templates section and start organizing.
