The scheduled maintenance is now underway!. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

Our platform provider will perform routine maintenance to our cache cluster on May 15th during our agreed maintenance window of 09:00 - 13:00 UTC.

We do not anticipate any substantial downtime. However, the management UI and REST API may be interrupted briefly during the window.

Whilst maintenance windows are 4 hours long, our provider attempts to begin the maintenance as close to the beginning of the window as possible, the maintenance itself usually only takes 10-60 seconds to complete.

We will provide updates in this notice as the maintenance progresses.
