Removed "Page Layout" step from the new page wizard
As part of our plans to redesign how customers manage status pages in their accounts, we have just removed the "Page Layout" step from the wizard when building a new page.
This step in the wizard was a rather awkward approach to building multi-page collections which never really made much sense and will soon be replaced with a whole new UI around building collections of multiple status pages.
