Fixed spacing on scheduled notice updates

Updates on scheduled maintenance notices would display too close together, without their usual spacing. Once the maintenance was underway the issue would remedy itself.

With the fix in place, these updates now display with consistent spacing.

This bug was initially found and fixed back in 2023 but was accidentally reintroduced about 6 months ago. We will pay extra attention in future to try and prevent these kinds of regressions.
