Our provider is now happy that things are looking better on their end too, so I think it's safe to say we're back to normal.

For the moment our monitoring suggests things have settled down, and your accounts are now accessible again. However, we've not had the green light from our infrastructure provider to say they've resolved things, so we're still watching closely.
