Fixed bug in logo upload on legacy theme

A customer reported issues when uploading logos to a status page running on our legacy theme, where clicking on the upload button did not open the file picker as expected.

We have now fixed this.

The legacy theme will soon be sunset, so we encourage all customers to upgrade to our new theme, which comes with many improvements such as per-incident pages, full incident history, improved subscriber experience, and a Status API.
