Routine Cache Maintenance

The scheduled maintenance is now underway!. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

In addition to our Routine Database Maintenance on March 4th, our platform provider will perform routine maintenance on our cache servers a few days later on March 6th.

This additional maintenance will take place during our agreed maintenance window of 09:00 - 13:00 UTC.

We do not anticipate any substantial downtime, however the management UI and REST API may be interrupted for a few brief minutes during the window.

We will provide updates in this notice as the maintenance progresses.
